Australian shepherd ears

Question
My australian shepherd puppy is 4 months old. Her ears are starting to look like a broken tv antenna. One ear sticks about half way up, the other is all over the place. Is this a temporary condition that puppies go thru? Someone told me this happens when they are teething?

Answer
It does have something to do with teething.  But they usually don't stay that way for a long time if it's just due to teething. If they sort of stick in the position for a while, and they keep doing that til the puppies about 5 months, and it really bugs you, glue them.  If you are interested in that email me back and I can tell you everything about it.  In the meantime, massage your puppies ear at the base to make the fold where it should be. Do it for 15-30 minutes daily.  Hope this helps, and be sure to rate me!
