4 month old persian

hello

i bought a 4 month old persian on 6pm on friday evening it's now 3.56 on sunday afternoon and he still hasnt pooped.

He has peed fine in the litter tray and seems happy and is eating and drinking, is this normal?

Yes, that is normal. Sometimes it takes a couple of days because of the newness of everything and being nervous. That is why its good to get two kittens at the same time. They are used to companionship and another kitten is good security.

You can put a little stripe of butter or mayonnaise down he front legs. He will lick it off and the oil in either helps grease their system. It's also good for hairballs.

If he still doesn't go in a couple of days I would take him to the vet incase he is impacted or constipaped. But he should be fine.
