weaning a kitten

Question
We dont know the exact age of our kitten to be honest with you. We think it is over 3 weeks, but under 6 weeks.
I have been using a kitten bottle bought at petsmart to feed it, only now that it has most of its teeth, it chews right through the nipples. So I am afraid it will chew off a peice of the rubber and choke on it. But I cannot get it to eat/drink out of a dish/bowl yet.
I dont know what to do. I have never had a kitten this small, other then when I was a child and then my mom did all of the feeding things for it.
there is a picture of it here  http://www.bloopdiary.com/viewentry.php?id=17977&num=559    you might have a better idea of how old it is from looking at it.

Answer
most kittens will wean themselves. due to the fact that it is not with its mother it will need to have milk a bit longer. get an eyedropper or a medicine syringe from the drugstore. no more nipple needed then, but keep feeding it the milk formula until it starts eating dry cat food.
