the boy is the onE wit Hi I had 2 cats that were brother and sister. i went to South for a holiday and the next day the brother run a cross the road and a car hits him and sadly he dies!I come back 3 weeks later not knowing anything about this and in the car i find out.The girl was fine the day we got back but the next day someone brought us a new kitten for her to be with.But after about 1 day with him she started howling in the early morning and out side nearly every hour nonstop!!! Please give me big advise her betty!!!

I would give the kitten to a neighbor or a friend for a couple of days and see if your girl cat stops howling.
She may just be grieving for her brother.
Did you ask how the girl behaved and acted when you were gone after she lost her brother?

FYI: It takes at least two weeks for cats to get to know each other.
