soap bubbles in the fish pond

Question
Our little girl poured her bubbles into the fishpond and its foaming over.
Currently there are no fish, but we don't want to kill the plants, do you have a
recommendation to counter the bubbles?

Answer
Hey Christopher, that is not good. The pond needs drained and cleaned. It shouldn't hurt your plants if you drain it and fill it back up but I wouldn't put any fish in it for a good while. soap will kill a fish quicker than anything. Hope this helps. I would try 1 fish and see what happens. A cheap gold fish. When this happens in my aquarium it usually is ruined and can't be use it again. Thanks Eric
