my goldfish spawning

I have and outdoor waterfall pond with 6 goldfish in it. I drained the pond to clean it when I noticed eggs all around the edge of the pond in the rocks. I didnt wash around where the eggs were and filled the pond back up with water. My question is will the eggs hatch after i drained the pond and will they survive. Should i take the eggs out an place them in another pond or just let them be and see what happens.

There are several factors at play here.  The could either be fertilized or they could be unfertilized still.  They could have been damaged by what you did (or any delayed effects) or they could be completely fine.  If you don't want more creatures in your pond, get rid of them or move them to another pond.  They could be fish, frogs, or snails.
