Answer
Ta-Sheena,

You could have a couple of things going on here.  He could just feel good and is uncorking a couple of bucks or his back could be out.  This is not typical behavior of a saddle fit problem unless he does it every time that you ride him.  You don't say whether he's just started doing this or if it's been occuring for a while.  Horses that have normally been well behaved just don't start acting up for no reason.  It's up to us to figure out why.

I would get him checked out by a good equine chiropractor to see if he doesn't have some alignment issues.

If he's OK then it's probably just feel good bucks.  Those are a little harder to stop.  You may have to work him longer at a walk and trot to get him a little tired before you ask him to canter.

But get him checked out by an equine chiropractor and if that doesn't solve the problem get back to me and let me know what the chiropractor has to say.  OK?
