red ear baby turtle

i have a red ear baby turtle and yesterday i find out that she didn't move and i think that she is dead I'm keeping her because my friend told me that my turtle may be hibernate and that her turtle did the same thing last year and i would like to know if my turtle is alive and how long should i wait because she looks like she is death please answer me as soon is possible

If she feels light, if she does not move when you pull on a leg, and if she is not hiding- she is not hibernating.

Sadly, baby turtles are really easy to kill- most of the advice people get to keep them is wrong.
