Question
I have 2 sisters, 10 week old lionheads one of whom has just started harrassing the other with a lot of fur  pulling chasing mounting etc. I had hoped they would always be bonded companions and intended to have them both spayed when they are  old enough so that hopefully they could stay together Should I separate them in the meantime in case they get hurt or is there anything else I can do. They live in a spacious indoor cage with lots of free running time.

Answer
If they are biting each other and pulling out fur, it'd be best to separate them until you can get them spayed.  If you don't see them biting, you can leave them together for the time being.

Once they are spayed, you should be able to re-pair them, sisters generally do ok once the nasty hormones are out of the way.

If you can somehow split the cage in half so they each have a part, then you shouldn't have problems later.
