There are no controlled studies that conclusively demonstrate echinacea to have immune-system boosting properties.  But it's not harmful, as far as we know.  I can't recommend either product, since neither is *known* to be better than the other.

Goldenseal is supposed to have anti-bacterial properties.  But like most herbal remedies, its efficacy is questionable.  Best way to boost the immune system is with healthy diet:

and a stress-free, enriched life.
