impacted pet rat

Question
I have a six month old rat who appears to be impacted.  There is a bulge right by her anus and I can see the stool.  It looks too large to come out when I try to help her get it out.  I am not sure if I should press around her anus to help her expell it.  It does not look like her stomach is distended and I am certain she has had a bowel movement at least yesterday.  Please advise if there is a supplement to give her maybe which would soften the stool.  Thanks

If she hasnt gone yet, I would suggest a vet, but if she has gone but is still having hard stools, please let me know what her daily diet is.
