my new rat i just got today is sneezing and has red stuff around nose

i just got a new baby male rat... probably 4 weeks old and he keeps sneezing i really didnt notice it until i already bought him but i noticed the red stuff... idk what he was eating probably rat pellets and had pine shavings i believe as a bedding other than that hes fine just keeps sneezing lol plz help i dont want him to be sick

If you just get him out of the pine shavings he should be fine he is not that young as he would not be away from mom, chances are he is 6 weeks if you got him from a responsible breeder. Give him foods with vitamin C and take him to the vet when you can, they can give you medication for his respiratory infection.
