EMERGENCY - cant supports herself, blood from nose?

Question
We have an albino rat who is a female and about 3 years old. She has already had cancer but recovered. Last night she was fine but this morning she can't seem to support herself and won't respond, she is eating though. She has something that looks like watered out blood on her face, we think it is coming from her nose. She is at a normal temperature. Is a vet needed? Is there anything we can do to help her in the meantime(vet closed today) ?
Thank you and please help

Answer
Did you rat have a mammary tumor removed?  If so, was the pathology report positive for cancer? Normally mammary tumors are non cancerous.

The bloody discharge from the nose was NOT blood, but rather, porphyrin discharge.  Please read on my website what this is so you can better understand it.

You said she wont respond but is eating? What wont she respond to? Walking? Moving around? Is she using the bathroom?
