good seed mix

Hello
I would like for you to recommend to me a good seed mix for my new parrot I just purchaed?
What else can it eat and it is an African Grey so can it eat people food also a person told me so.

Get a good mix of seed, fruits, nuts, etc.  Mix with what the bird likes most mine like the big black sunflower seeds so I buy those extra and mix in and salflower white seeds also.

Then I give a hard boiled cooked egg yolk a pinch daily what he does not eat withing 2 hours remove and pitch.  Give him some daily as extra protein, also pizza, hamburgers, mashed potatoes, meats, veggies etc u eat.
