28 Parrots

"With the 28 parrots i was wondering do each sex have a different call i have
one that distintively callings 28 whilst the other one doesn't

Hello Hollee.
I am not sure that I understand yor question, but if my guess is right, you want to know if males have a different call for their mates.  
even though the calls might sound the same to us, I am pretty sure that the calls sound different to the birds.
Just keep in mind that parrots do mimik sounds, so one might actually make the same call that another one does.
