My ferret ate a milk dud

My ferret ate a little more than half a milk dud, i'm worried that he might not be able to digest it.I gave him some ferret lax which is alaxitive to help him but im not sure.He isn't acting weird.(a milk dud is like a small caramel ball with chocolate on the outside, it is hard to chew because it gets stuck in your teeth) Please reply soon.....a worried ferret mommy crying on a saturday night.

Ferret are notorious for getting into foods they shouldn't have. Just calm down and keep an eye on him. A milk +d95478-5897;pot/ (sorry a message from one of my own fuzzies =P ) half of a milk dud shouldn't cause any harm it may give him a little runny poo so I would just watch him and make sure he is using the potty ok and acting normal (eating, drinking, potty, playtime).

If something seems really off about him then a vet visit is a safe way to go.
