How can i stop my 3 year old schitzu from jumping up, barking and biting anybody who calls at my home and again when they are leaving ?

Without an more information it is hard to help you.  It sounds as if you need more basic control so teaching a sit command for example (using treats and rewards).  Could you attend a local training class with her, which uses positive methods?  If she is behaving like this through fear rather than excitement then it is a more difficult problem to treat - you will need to put her on a socialization programme and build her confidence, as well as getting some training in the use of a house line to control her.
