Question
I have a male 3 month old mini Doberman pincher mixed with Chihuahua, I am trying to house train him, but for some reason everytime we try to touch him he pees, or even when we call him, or if he gets to excited he pees, I have tried everything but I really don't know what to do, he has even started to pee in his own cage, please help,

Answer
The dog is overly nervous/submissive/fearful. Potty training consists of taking the dog out every hour for several days so it only wants to go outside and doesn't have anything left to use inside. Don't be confused because dogs always have some left over for marking. Some dogs seems to be endless.

Obedience training willl build self confidence in the dog. The Chihuahua is a nervous breed (shakes a lot) and a min pin is actually a terrier, a very active breed and frequently high strung. Most small breed dogs are nervous and this declines with bigger breeds. Usually the larger the dog the more calm it is. A few breeds were bred to be otherwise.

When at home crate the dog with one toy, bedding. Let him calm down with a chew toy or a chew toy with a treat inside. Your little brainiac needs mental exercise besides physical exercise.

You didn't mention his previous care, breeder, store, etc. If the dog failed to receive enough sibling play and mothering, you have to provide it.

When you are not at home let a radio or TV play so there are voices and soothing sounds.
