Answer
You can download the book "After You Get Your Puppy" here and it's free.  There will be lots of good advice on how to deal with puppies his age: http://www.dogstardaily.com/storefront/after-you-get-your-puppy
As to the barking when he is left alone, the book you need is "I'll be Home Soon" by Patricia McConnell.  It will help you train him to be alone without fretting.  Unfortunately, the training for this is longer than what I can describe in a few short paragraphs.  Amazon should have the book and it's very inexpensive.  If you have any clicker trainers in your region of India, perhaps you could attend a puppy class.
Most puppies do have a very active period around sunset, and that is normal behavior which will lessen as the pup gets older.  Here's an article about what to do when he is nipping you: http://petprofessionalguild.com/Resources/Documents/PPG-Puppy-Nipping-GuideUSA.p
