Answer
hi, sorry to hear that, puppies has a immunity from their mother( antibodies) untill they're 4 months old. parvo virus was discovered about 20 years ago, today he have a vaccines to protect our dogs from get a parvo virus, anyways, puppies could be infected already, vomit( bloody, smelly stools, diarrhea) they're dehydrated and they need a help NOW!!!. you need to take a puppies to the vet to test for parvo, ( test a sample of tissue in the GI tract, and fecal as well) they need to receive a POTASSIUM AND DEXTROSE ( + antibiotics) IV, to help them to fight disease, if is not too late, you can help - TAKE THEM RIGHT AWAY TO THE VET, THIS IS A DEADLY DESEASE AND NEED TO BE TREATED RIGHT AWAY OR THEY'RE GOING TO DIE, PLEASE , TAKE THEM NOW TO THE WET AND SEEK A HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!. goood luck , let me know  the rest, wish you all the best. sincerely
