Pregnant chihuahua mix Problems

Hello, my 2 1/2 year old Chihuahua is pregnant (possibly). If so she should be around 5-6 weeks pregnant. I have noticed that her nipples have gotten bigger and are now hanging close to the floor (there is no milk coming out yet). But, her waist doesn't seem to have gotten any bigger, is that normal? Also she has thrown up yellow bile stuff this afternoon. I researched this and people have said it was "Morning Sickness", isn't morning sickness early on in the pregnancy? She have seem to be alittle bit lathergic.Her vulva is still slightly swollen and she NEVER had any false pregnancies after her heat, could she be having one now? Thankyou for your time!

I'm sorry but I only answer questions about beagles. Different breeds take pregnency differently. In my opinion it does sound like she is. Is her vulva swollen? That is her female private part. Is she bleeding? If she has those two things she may just be in heat, which she may be anyway it's about the time I the year they do that. If you call a emergency animal hospital they and tell them her symptoms the they could tell you, or you could take her to her vet and if she is they can tell you how far along she is. If she is it's nothing to fear it's nature for them. I hope I have helped. Best wishes and good luck!
