Hi Lee,

We have a small dog (mini schnauzer) and are moving to a 3rd floor apartment. The apartment has a 3 ft high wall around it with a 1 ft. high fence on top of the wall. Do you think the Schnauzer would be able to hop it?

I'm sorry, I'm not getting a clear picture of the relationship between this wall and your new apartment. Is there a balcony or terrace, if so how big is the space between the terrace door and the wall?

I don't understand how an apartment could have a wall around it.
