tail bumps

I have 8 persians that I have raised but my son just got a kitten and it has bumps on her tail , I have never had this problem and I am worried. What could it be ?

It could be a number of things depending on the age of the kitten.  I would take the kitten to a vet to find out what is really going on.  If the kitten is older it could be hormonal.  It could be an allergic reaction to something.  Someone could have been chewing on the kitten's tail.  You see, there are too many possibilities.

So, to be safe, a vet check would be the way to go.
