Bathing My cat

My cat is a domestic short haired.He is 6 yrs old.I recently bought the bathing cloths for him and am wondering if they can be used alone or still with washing him in the tub?

you dont need to bathe your cat unless he smells so bad and he is greasy and yucky looking.

A cat should smell pleasent- not perfumy. Bathing them makes them lose their natural oils in the fur that makes them nice and shiney-plus their skin is prone to drying.

If your cat needs a quik pick me up- just wipe him down with a warm wet washcloth with just water. Nothing else.
