How should I treat my sick fish?

Last week my koi and goldfish started flashing and jumping out of the water. I researched online and found that the symptoms seemed to show that it was flukes. I bought Prazi-Pond to treat them and most of the fish are better. There are some that are still lethargic and hardly move. They don't even eat. I think they might have Ich. Some have white spots and one fish is bleeding a little. Since I treated the pond on Thursday but miscalculated and had to add more to the pond on Saturday, I don't know how to treat the sluggish fish. Should I quarantine them and use salt? I don't know what to do. I can't treat my whole pond with it, I don't think. It's 2500 gallons. I'd have to wait until Saturday and I don't know if the fish will stay alive until then. Please help!! White spot or ick is pretty rare in ponds.  Can you send a photo of the fish with spots?  Are they little spots all over or only on certain areas?  Males get white spots on their gill plates and sometimes head and pectoral fins.  The bleeding is not good.  You can use pond salt in your entire pond but I wouldn't use more than 0.1% if you don't have plants and 0.05% if you do have plants.  I suggest doing a partial water change, maybe 20% if you can.  Add dechlorinator, pond salt, and maybe some MelaFix.  The medications that kill parasites can also harm/bother the fish.  Flashing may indicate flukes but without scraping the fish and viewing that under a microscope, you don't know for sure if that's the problem.  They may have bacterial infections as well.  I suggest contacting your local koi club; they will often come out and test your water, scrape your fish, and offer advice in person.  Good luck!
