my goldfish is laying on its side allot, I've took it out of its tank (i have three goldfish) incase its got a diesiese, its stomach is quite swollen, could it be pregnant?

Your goldfish may be constipated.
Yes, they do get that.
Just like humans who don't eat their veggies.
To much fat in their food will make digestion slower.
Give them some lettuce leaves for nibbling once in a while. Just place it in the water. Make sure that the leaves are removed after four to five hours.
Green peas are also good for them.
