transfering fish in winter

hi, i just bought a couple of small sized koi and some goldfish of a friend as he wants to use the tank for a nother project(terrapins)iv only got a pond would it be ok to put them in it, as they have been used of living in a tank indoors.

Hi,
If you put your koi in an outside pond after being indoors in an aquarium at this time of year you will SURELY KILL THEM, I suggest that you put them in an indoor aquarium until the weather warms up a lot and gradually make the temperature of the aquarium to the temperature of the pond and then transfer them.
