Question
Hey! I was wondering on what people are "into" I'm 14 and I decided to start a little business  where I can practically only gain money, not loose. I want to start this to start gaining money for the future...such as car and collage. Well part of it would go to that. In the fish/water animals category, what are people into these days? I was thinking on making a web site with various  fish/aquatic pets to sell. Have any ideas? I was thinking starting small with some fish, snails and craw fish.
This is the UPS animal thing which will tell you of what I can't ship if you are thinking of something else....
Thanks so much!

Answer
Dear Alex,

Thank you for your question and sorry for the delay as I did not receive the first "notification".
14 years is quit a young age to start a business, however young started is a bonus for getting the experience.
Selling fish however takes up A lot of time and responsibilities as you need to take care of them daily and sometimes for many hours as they can get sick.
Keeping and selling fish is not that easy, unless you have a aquarium and/or pond with some fish that you attend to sell just not that often.
When you go professional you need to know that you have to get experience in fishhealth to!
Because if you sell a sick fish the possibility is there that all fish in the pond of the buyer will die. Even more, like KHV is a sickness that can get to other ponds with just a drop of water and kill 100% of the fish.
So if you want to sell fish, there is more to it than just buying and selling.
Fish that look healthy are not always healthy so knowledge of fishhealt is necessary.
I'm sure there are more easy ways to gain money for sure.
Like, I don't know your backgrounds, selling more hardware like items, or create websites, keeping gardens clean, etc...
If you wish to sell fish, try first some small fish and keep them in a pond for at least 6 months to ensure your able to see if there healthy.
If needed you need to work with a fish vetrinarian for advice!
I wish you good luck with the upcoming business and please inform us in what you are going to do!
We are very interested in young entrepreneurs!

Good luck!
Regards,
Raf
