Bunny sneezing, not other symptoms

Question
My angora mix, Kali, has a horrible sneezing problem.  She has been treated a few times w/baytril and finally penG. She used to sneeze once and a while, and only 2-3 sneezes.  In the last week or so, she is having sneezing fits that progresses into a snorting sound and it lasts 10 seconds or more.  Her nose is wet but no mucous, the fluid is clear.  The last vet visit, her lungs sounded clear and she got the pen-G.  The first try for pen-G, she stopped eating and had runny poop so we were advised to stop.  We began again about a month later and she was okay with the drug.  It did not clear up the runny nose.  We got another antibiotic, name escapes me--not baytril--something that starts with chlor...I think.  Again, at start of med, she stopped eating, runny poop so we stopped.  We never gave her any more meds or followed up--that was Feb. 2008.  Now here we are again, but her sneezing is very worrisome.  I have vet appt. on Friday afternoon but I'm wondering if I'm waiting too long to see vet.  I've read your snuffles article and other articles but I'm at a loss at what to ask the vet to do.  You helped me remedy the rat mite problem she had a couple years ago.  Hope you have some good advice now.  Kali has seen 3 different vets w/this sneezing problem.  I have appt. with the one that's supposed to be the best and he's the one who gave her pen-G.  Thanks, Debbie

Answer
Dear Debbie,

In all of this, has any vet looked up the nose with an endoscope to see if there is a foreign body or even a tooth root protruding into the sinuses or nasal cavity and causing this chronic irritation?

A culture and sensitivity might also help:

and more ideas might be found here:

But if this is ongoing, and the nasal discharge is clear, I'd wonder about a foreign object (e.g., a little strand of hay, or even a chunk of a pellet) up there.

Hope this helps.
