Question
Hi, my baby bunny has yellow mucus discharge after a normal round poop.  She is acting normal and eating well.  The rest of the stools are not round though (after the mucus) rather long.
What is the trouble, if any, with my baby bunny???

Answer
Hello There.
If this is the early morning poop. It is normal, also most rabbits will eat this as well it helps them with their digestion.
It is called "COPROGRAPHY" and ia a trait that such animals as Lagomorphs ( Rabbits & Hares will eat their own faeces.
Your rabbit should be OK.
Good luck
