swearing budgie

Question
Hello, i have a rainbow colored budgie that is a couple of years old. We got him second hand from a guy who used to let him drink beer. He quickly learned how to say anything that you told him(even if it was just once) his vocabulary is at least 50 words. Lately tho, he has been swearing alot and will tell guests that walk into the house to shut the f*ck up to stupid b*tch. As you can see, this isn't what we bargained for when we got this bird. Is there any way that we can teach him that these words are bad? He picked them up when my father said them one day.
Another question i have is, can all budgie speak? I heard that finding a budgie that will talk is rare?

MY AFRICAN GREY DOES THIS CAUSE HE HEARS IT AND FROM T.V. ALOT.
FOR MY BUDGIE I WOULD SUGGEST THAT U TALK TO HIM WITH NEW THINGS, HE WILL FORGET THIS SWEARING SOON.
TEACH HIM THINGS U ALL SAY OVER AND OVER, PLAY MUSIC WHEN NOT WITH HIM, BURN A NIGHT LITE.
CHANGE HIS SURROUNDINGS LIKE THIS AND COVER HIM AT NIGHT FOR PRIVACY.  SOON HE WILL DO WHAT U ALL DO AND SAY.  JUST TELL HIM HE IS PRETTY, A GOOD BOY, SING ROCK A BYE BABY, ETC.  HE WILL SOON FORGET THIS IF U PURSUE NEW WORDS OVER AND OVER. GIVE HIM A TAD BIT OF EGG YOLK DAILY FOR PROTEIN, REMOVE IN 2 HOURS WHAT HE DOES NOT EAT.
