feather picking

i have a fronted blue amazon parrot,it almost see that he always ictchi,and start picking his feathers,to a point that scream a lots,is there anything i can do to prevent this? i love my parrot and i dont loke to see him like that,,,can you please help me,thank you so much.Alfredo

This bird needs to go to the vet, since he is itching there is a good chance that he could have mites. He needs to have toys and shred able things in his cage to keep him from picking his feathers. The vet visit is as much advice as I can give you at this point.
