Age of orphan field mouse?

how much should i be feeding my mice (which line on the syringe) and how do tell how old they are.

Give the pup drops until it doesn't want any more.  

When it is 2 weeks old it will open its eyes.  Here is a site with photos of what baby mice look like as they grow.  Your mouse will be smaller than this fancy mouse, so the size will not apply, but you can see how much fur the mouse has:
