Feeding my mouse

Question
what should I do about feeding my mouse.  I have snakes and kept this cute little mouse for myself.  What is the best food to feed her so I won't kill her from feeding the wrong things.

Dear Therese,

You should pick up some rat and mouse food at the pet store.  Until then, you can give it crackers, oats, nuts, seeds, popcorn, a bit of cheese, and fresh vegetables.

Have fun with your cute new pet. Mice are hard to resist!
