how do u tell the sex of ferrets i have to and i dont know what the sex of them are

Hi Peggy:

If it looks like the ferret has a bellybutton, it's a boy.  If there is no little bump on the tummy, it's a girl.  That little bump is a penis.

Another way, to be SURE, watch when they go potty - if they pee an inch or so in front of their poops, it's a boy (because the penis is an inch or so in front of the anus); otherwise, little girls pee almost right on top of their poops (making more of a mess to clean up if you ask me :-) but they are worth it for all the love they give.
