Cocker spaniel poops pees in house at night

Hi I have a 2 year old cocker spaniel who in the last six weeks has started pooping and peeing throughout the night she has never done this before there has been no change in our house at all I have tried crating her but she barks and cries in the early hours of the morning she gets fed 2x a day about 3/4 of a cup and always has done please help I don't know what to do

Where does she usually sleep?  When she's crated - where is the crate?

Is the stool normal?  Any signs of an upset tummy?

You say this began 6 weeks ago...think back..did you change her food? What are you feeding? When do you feed her?  Anything at all change?

When you crate her, does that stop the midnight accidents?  

How is she during the day?

Is she a stable dog or a bit anxious?  What's her general disposition like?

I know..questions..and you want answers but I need the whole picture. :)
