frequent pooping in puppy

Question
Hi, I just got a bichon puppy 2 weeks ago when she was 13 weeks old.  I got her from one of the AKC approved breeders.  She has adjusted beautifully but we are having one problem.  She poops in her crate almost every night.  I only have enough room in the crate for her to sleep so that is not the issue.  I feed her at about 1/4 cup at 7:30 and then at 4:00 and take the food away at 4:30  She then will poop a couple of times before bed and then I put her to  bed at 11:00 and get up at 6:00 and she has pooped.  It seems like she poops alot for two feedings a day and there is no schedule.  These are all normal size poops.  I am feeding her Eukanuba small breed puppy food like the breeder told me to.  She is small 4 lbs 6 oz. a week ago.  Is all this pooping normal.  She was the smallest in her litter if that means anything about her digestive system size.

Answer
I don't feed commercial dog food.  I feed raw.  Lots of imformation on the raw or (BARF) diet on the internet.
Lot of dog food companies make a raw diet but it also easy to prepare youself.  My dogs have very little elimination on the raw diet.  It's because they absorb all the nutrients so got know what's in the commercial food, that dogs expell.  Any way a young puppy like yours cannot hold it for more than 4 hours.  Afteer 6 month of age you can crate for a longer time.

Also not sure if she is left home alone all day.  If so she may be trying to get back at you.
