15 weeks old puppy, separation anxiety

Hi,
Our puppy can't stay alone in her crate. He's barking, peeing and pooping in the crate, even if I let him in it just for 10 minutes.
He doesn't have crate apprehension, he eats in the crate, goes in and out easily, but just doesn't want to stay alone.
what can I do ?

Ok, Firstly if you have been letting him/her (you said it was both a bitch and a dog in your question) out when it does this, you have caused it. Put him/her in the crate, walk away, and ignore. As SOON as the pup is quiet, go in and reward. You will need to be quick, as he/she might only be quiet for a sec. LOL

Is there bedding in the crate? Most dogs wont do the toilet in there if theres no bedding.
