Urinary Problems in Sleep

Question
My two year old female doberman seems to pee while sleeping.  She goes out quite often, although she seems to not even know she is doing this.  Any idea why this could happen?

This may sound hard to believe, but she may be having nightmares. Has there been any stressful situations lately? This may be the cause.
