Info on chow/lab/shepard puppy mix?

We have a 7 week old puppy its' mom is chow-shepard,Dad is chow-lab. What do we do about him constantly snipping?He is house broken for the most part so it's not the accidents that are making him aggressive.It's not only when he's playing,it's if your sitting or even walk by him.We would like to know what to do now,as to get this under control.PLZ HELP!
