Dog defecating problem

We have a three year old Golden Retriever that wants to constantly defecate in the grass right next to our patio.  Our yard is fairly large and I would like to get her to start defecating at the back of the yard so the smell and the chance of steeping in it won't be so bad since we do not get a chance to clean it up everyday.  Is there anything product or procedure we can use in the patio area to make her go to the back of the yard?  Thanks.

I would temporarily restrict her access to the grassy area (you can get inexpensive deer fencing), put some of her own feces at the back of the yard to get the scent out there for her to return to, and I would supervise her in the house, lest she feel that is an alternative.  Be outside with her, and praise her for doing it in the right spot.
