My 5 month old puppy

Hi, at first my dog got to stay inside then he got to big and i had to put him outside. Now if i got out there with him for any period of time he barks and scratches at the back door.

I'm not sure I understand the question. Does he scratch at the door while you're with him? Or when he's left alone out there?

Do you play with him outdoors? Does he like to play fetch and tug-of-war? Does he have a water dish and a comfortable, shady place to sleep outside? What kind of a dog is he?
