Why would a spayed female feline spray, not normal urination, but walk by object and shoot it?

It is possible that your cat has a urinary tract infection or urinary crystals.

It is also possible that she is reacting to stray cats outside that she can see but that she can't get to, to defend her territory, so she is marking her territory inside.

Both are common reasons for a female spraying.
