My Koi is sick

I am getting quite upset about this as I am not sure if my fish is suffering in any way? Hi is at the bottom of a large tank having just removed him from my pond. he is floating upside down at the bottom with what appears to be a swollen abdomen. He appears to be breathing normally? what should I do

without seeing the koi it is hard to diagnose the problem it could be if it is a female that it is eggbound and if it is swollen and it's scales are sticking out like a pine cone then it could be dropsy you should really get someone local to look at it.
