Does the beak ever need to be trimmed, as our parrots seems to have long sharp beaks?

Normally, parrots keep their beaks short themselves, by gnawing food and toys. If you are unsure if the beak has the right length, see an avian vet with the birds to make sure. You can find an avian vet here:
