strangles

Hello, well my question is not related but is about strangles my horse has recently had strangles and has been about 5 weeks he is looking well and is eager to come out however he is still in quarantine would he me able to go in a small paddock my himself out of the way everything has cleared up he has no abscesses anymore and looks lively like he was before thanks
