front leg broken

My rabbit is an outside/inside bunny.  She somehow came in with a broken turned in front right leg.  she hops around on the other three and is eating and drinking but the front leg is turned 90degrees inward.  What should I do?  Will it heal on its own and will she learn to adapt with it this way?
