surrender

I have two female rats, due to recent times that I can no longer afford to care for
them.  where can i surrender them, with out any fees?

 Without knowing your location (city or state) it's quite hard for me to suggest a specific place.  I would recommend looking into your local animal shelter, posting ads in pet stores and vet hospitals or in the newspaper and online, or trying to find a rat rescue group.  If you go to www.ratster.com you can find a list of breeders / rescues and hopefully find one in your area.  I hope you manage to find them a good home, good luck!
