my rats eye has gone green

hi I woke up this morning and noticed that one of my rats left eye has gone green, he has the red stuff round his eyes and nose and he is bleeding from his anus I don't know if he has nibbled himself or taken a fall. would you be qble to give me advise on what it may could all be how I can treat it,where I can get it from and how much you think it would cost roughly thanks

He needs a vet because his eye is infected.  He needs the bleeding from his anus checked right away.  I have no idea the price since I do not know the rats for the vets in the UK.   You cannot treat this yourself. Sometimes the eye needs removed if the infection is too bad.
