QuestionHi:
I am interested in finding out why my bird has started regergitate his food onto his Happy Hut or fuzzy house, whatever you call it. He has had one for over a year and treated like a shelter for sleeping. Now, besides masturbating on it multiple times a day, he throws his food back up on it and I have to keep switching them out and washing them. They are disgusting. Should I completely remove it and purchase something different for him to sleep in? Thanks.

The "Happy hut" has become your bird's sexual partner and male lovebirds feed their females regurgitated food.
What you do is up to you of course but removing the hut will be equivalent to separating a pair. Your bird will survive it but will eventually become attached to another object. Perhaps a toy easier to clean?
Good luck
